If one knows me for any length of time, they know I have a deep fascination with and love of the tanuki and his magical testicles. Japanese transforming animals are ace. This image is from Kuniyoshi’s suite of tanuki ukiyo-e, entitled “Shichifukujin (the Seven Lucky Gods) disguise”.
